It was fairly clean, I would stay here again. I liked the hotel and San Francisco, had 3 great days there. The room was fashionable and perfect, included with frosted window, 2 queen beds, bathroom. The restaurant was at a near distance from the venue.

The pool was lovely and the staff was polite. Central location close to Union Square and downtown and San Francisco, it was in an adequate area. Had alcoholic juices and great cocktails in the sky bar. Sufficient hotel, good value, what else to wish for.

The folks working here were service-minded and we appreciated its very central location. Fine superior queen room was a highlight for us. You could walk to a shopping area and a supermarket. Besides, the area was relaxing, next to an upscale urban Shopping mall. The beer bar in the hotel had variety of hot coffee and beers throughout the day.

Convenient and quite clean urban hotel. The rooms in the venue were large. Hotel located close to stores and a market. Also, war memorial opera house was max 25 minutes walk to. Loved food selection, meals were so good and they have lots of options. Exceptional service here...
